If your supervisor and one other staff person takes a dislike to you, they could set you up and have you moved to another facility without just cause. As for help from the Union, they tell you you're getting paid when you're put out on administrative leave for something you didn't do so just wait and be patient.

In other words, they aren't any help at all. They don't want to make waves, even though you pay them to be on your side. When questioned about job security, they tell you your job security is your paycheck not the location you are working at. So don't get comfortable where you're currently working at, because the next day, you could be transfered elsewhere, and you have no say in it.
