Went on a vets helpline for my kitten who was ill to ask a question. At the end was told would be charged 25 odd pounds which I cancelled as was complete rip off... Didn't hand any bank detains over but on my statement this company had taken the amount plus more! Not sure how as no bank details were given also this company is a cosmetic and beauty helpline never seen it before in my life!
