This man was going under frank wong saying he worked for the un i the uk. He took over 9 thousand dollars from me for a card with 500 thousand dollars on it. I stoped all contacts with him for over a year then he found out my sister and i was on the internet and he hacked her computer and to this day he is still hacking even my lawyer in cotonou benin republic with threats. Wechukwudi marcel was arrested and was given life in prision. But the president there is also conected to all he crimes so he got him out, i have ask for help but with o luck to get this man off the streets and computers. He commited murders and hes a scammer and fraudster.
