I was contacted by this person to confirm if I was a winner in a Facebook Promo. I contacted this person and was informed I was winner. I was instructed to send $450.00 to a second person (Carolyn Sue Lindsey) in West Virginia. This was explained to me to be a DELIVERY FEE. The next morning (Nov. 7) I was then inform I need to pay the tax on this. The fee is $850.00, I paid this to the same person, I was sent IRS tax papers to fill out too.
When I called the IRS I was put on hold for 2 hrs. Agent Williams said to send the pymt. ($850.00) in the same way to the same person, and he could then take care of it. Then last night nov. 8. I'm told I have to send an additional CUSTOMS FEE of $600.00 to them. I have not sent this last payment to them. They are now pestering me to send. I have not deleted any conversations or e-mails from them. Western Union told me to report this. Please I need help on this, these people are starting to scare us.
