I am another victim to MyCashGuardian as I have read online via scambook. I applied for an on line loan. I never spoke with My Cash Guardian directly but suddenly a charge of $29.95 appeared on my bank statement. I requested a refund via the phone number kisted on my statement (888-485-5853). I received a reference number and told that a refund would come through my bank in 7-10 days. This was in late September.

Nothing has been credited or received. I called again today and was told a Supervisor would call me back. Still waiting!

I was applying for a payday loan on line and I noticed today that mycashguardian has debited my account $29.95 without my authourization I did not apply to this company directly

This company claims that I applied for a loan, but I didnt get the loan. This took place over a year ago but every once in a while they take 29.95 from my bank account, so far it has cost me $90.00
