I've have good service acquiring my medical needs from Cana-Med in the past - have been using them since July. Normal delivery time has been one month. I have two outstanding orders - one from 8/22 and the other from 10/9. Cana-Med admitted a problem but has failed to respond to inquiries via phone calls and emails.
