Horrible service

I ordered a gift basket for a friend on March 8th. It wasnt anything fancy, just a tiny basket of chocolate covered oreo's. I had to contact the company on 3 different occasions to find out the status of my order. No info was provided that I did not prod them for. Finally, 22 days later, the gift basket was delivered. TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! The company shipped it to my house and not the intended party even though the order clearly states that it will have different billing and shipping address. One, I waited 22 days for oreo's, and two, they went to the WRONG ADDRESS!
The website is set up nicely and is very misleading. It appears to offer a lot of wonderful products, but the service is terrible. Take my advice and use a different site. You will save yourself a lot of trouble.
