I bought TV show ALIAS collection of dvds on the Internet and I received it two weeks later. When I tried to watch, I found out that the CDs are not working. From the first 10 cds, I could watch only 2!! The first CD is visibly scratched, the others are not, but the computer is not able to read them. I did not have the nerve to try the rest of the CDs. Unfortunately, they did not confirm my order via e-mail, there is no address on the parcel and the phone number is illegible so I cannot complain, send it back and ask for a refund or change of the product. Do you know anything about this company? I would appreciate any contact.
