I ordered an electric toothbrush in May. It did not arrive. As I had only paid a pound I forgot about it and put it down to experience. I am a pensioner living in the UK and I have just discovered on investigating payments of £45 being taken from my account since June that I had been subscribed to this company without my knowledge and therefore certainly not with my permission. The total paid to this company without my agreement is 6 x £45 £1 = £271
