I ordered a tv and a laptop since from the website for 700 dollars and paid them via western union early October. A day later I received an email from them stating that I had to send them an additional $300 due to the items being sold at a really low price. A week later they sent me another email stating that my shipment was damaged and that it was gonna take another week to ship them to me. Two weeks had passed and still no sign of my order so I finally asked them for a refund since I started to feel ripped off and they told me that it would take til November to get me my money due to China's regulation (whatever that meant). So I went to the website today and try to do an online chat with their sales department but as soon I started ask fro my money they never responded back. They just ignored me. Now I really feel ripped off and I just lost $1000 and don't know how to get it back.
