I was contacted by someone saying her name was Abi Parker phone #1 209-257-3110 Ext. 121 from U.S.A. Personal Loan. She said I was approved for a loan for $3000. I had 17 payments of $191.00 a month, all I needed to do is get a green dot money pak card and load $191.00 on it so they could verify I could make the monthly notes and the money wouldn't come off my card plus my loan would be in my account in two hours. I did it called in they assured me it was post in my account I went to the bank twice no money I called back to see why, they said it would be there by 12:00 A.M. They had spoke to the bank and it was on there end because the day was the second the servers were busy. Later a guy claiming to be Peter the loan manager called from 740-751-7815 and said my bank wouldn"t let the money go through because they charge a bank fee I needed to send $178 more for it to complete. I was outraged I'm 70 years old and had to borrow that money to send. I told him no I wouldn't, to cancel the application he said it would cost $150 to cancel and I would get a refund in 40 days I said it didn't take you 40 days to get it and I'm not paying for anything I didn't get. I asked is this a scam he laughed and said this is not a scam and you won't get anything back. I said I was calling the police when he said my money was froze and I couldn't get it back. He said the police can't help you. Other numbers they used were 740-751-0212 740-751-0737 740-751-1051 I called back and got someone named Virgie Layne cellphone at 740-751-6374.
