I ordered the product on the phone. The options were very deceptive but I made sure not to ask to be put on repeat product delivery. I tried the product and it did not work. I then saw on my account that I had been billed again, when I called the guy said he would remove it. I then was not billed for a month and then they started up and billed me twice. But never sent any products. When i called some woman was rude and said she had to talk to shipping. I never got a call back. When i called again a week later she again said she had to talk to shipping. They had billed me twice in 1 month, sent no product and now she says her computer tells her it was shipped and would not give me a refund. This is a scam! They get your card, send you crappy product and then keep billing you. I have disputed the charges, and left message for managers but nothing yet. Do not buy this product! They are just a billing machine, once they have your card they don't stop!
