Upon picking up package, UPS would not allow me to open and verify package without paying. I paid with a money order to a Sean Keel, 381 Toulon Drive, Wilmington, NC, 28405. Upon paying, I openned package and there was a $10.00 cell phone accessory inside. The business is Pure-Herbal.com. The sender was Paige Dickens, 101 Robert Stephenson Dr. Wilmington, NC 28411,910-431-7149. The business phone is 910-352-1657. I've gotton no answers from any phone, or any e-mail replies.
