I first emailed them to ask for a refund within the 7 days that you are entitled to a full refund and heard no response, then emailed again a few days later and still had no response. They finally responded to about the fifth or so email saying that they had not received any previous emails from me and would not be giving me a full refund. I forwarded all previous correspondence back to them but they would not accept these to be valid and claimed they had checked their system and found no records of my emails on it. I have also tried calling the phone number on their website but it rings and rings and then goes dead after about 4 mins and no one ever answers.
