So I asked for a dollar credit report and they ended up charging me 31.95 plus the dollar. Im getting the 31.95 back in 7-10 business days but it took an hour on the phone. Every time I asked for a manger they kept just coming back to me with a better deal. First it was after the 7 says 9.95 for their service. Than it was 17.00 dollar refund than it was a full refund after 7-10 days. I was like alright well I still will like to talk to a manger. Have some concerns and comments. Sill blowing me off. After an hour on the phone with them, the same person says "Hello this is the manger Chris." It was the same dam person, worst attempt ever. I couldnt believe the disrespect they gave me. Alteast tell me theirs no manger or she doesnt take calls. He even said earlier in the phone conversation it was a female. OMG like serious come on. Rude, False Advertising, and con artest. Never use them for anything please. Hope they shut down

Ps as hard as it was I was polite as possible to them.
