Money Taken From Account After Gift Card Survey Call

Experian is taking money from my account that I did not get any services for. I talked to my bank and was told there was nothing they can do to help me. This happened when Experian called telling me I would get $100.00 gift cards for taking a survey. Have not gotten anything from them and they are taking money from my account.
