I requested a travel package solicited by phone initiated by them. It was expressly stated that it "was subject to a full refund in 30 days" by them. I returned the package and they acknowledged receipt of it on 9/27.
I have called six times over the past week or so inquiring about my refund. At first they said that they had 30 days and the time had not passed. Then, they said that it had been authorized to refund and that VISA was notified. No receipt of the refund has been made to date. They are stonewalling.
I checked them out and found they have numerous complaints recorded on the internet and a F rating by the Better Business Bureau in Florida. Why are they allowed to defraud people on a national basis? Will you help?
