Was informed of Barrister Victor James of inhertance of girlfriends late father. I Paid $ 750.00 usd on cetificate of ownership. Now he wants me to set up IRA to put 500,000 usd in it. At my bank i gave them my emails and copy of will which they said gave them many red flags. They said it was a scam or fruad. I ask for repay of $ 750.00 usd
