I had a charge of $29.95 deducted from account without my knowledge or permission, I never signed up for their services or even heard of them before now! I went to the website, requested a refund and cancelled! When I did it said I should receive a refund by 10/30 at the LATEST! I have not received a refund and I am pretty upset about it! I just want my money back!

They took $ 29.25 out of my checking account and have given no explaination as to why they did this
