I was going to buy a red brested cockatoo from a so called breeder in virginia. He had contacted his pet transportation company called Relocation Pets in Virginia. The owner of the cockatoo said i owe him $300.00 for the bird i only paid him $120.00 for the bird. Then i was contacted by Relocation Pets Agency in Virginia, and they told me i had to send them $300.00 for the carrier for the bird to be in and the life insurance for the cockatoo. And then tonight they told me i owe them another $400.00 for a ukda certificate, which i dont know if a ukda certificate exists. I really want them to stop, and to refund our money to us. Here is the email address they sent me the information from relocationpetscourier22@hotmail. Fr can you let me know if that email is used for fraud of scams of any nature
