Donald mcnatt deducting unauthorized funds from drivers pay

The absolute worst company i have ever worked for!!! Did not get my first check until a month after starting because apparently my check got lost in the mail??? Slow at finding loads. They take $50 a week from my check for escrow??? And im not sure why since i am a company driver and not an owner operator. They charge drivers $50 per trip pack if it is not filled out the right way. Equipment is crappy and breaks down or has to be put in shop because they are too cheap to fix things when they need fixed. Andy is an #. They dont have an office that drivers are allowed to know the location of??? I wonder why??? If you have problems with anything, the only person your allowed to speak with is the dispatcher. Drivers are forbidden to speak with hr or any other personnel with any problems and if you need anything then you have to meet the dispatcher at a truck stop to get it!!! I have never been told anyones last name with the company and the only last name i found out was the owners donald mcnatt who i have yet to have an opportunity to meet or talk to about problems. I was given an email if i needed to contact him. Lol!!! Avoid working for this company!!! Avoid working for this company!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!! Btw, my check got lost on several occasions and they dont have direct deposit and they wont email your pay sheet so you are able to see how they paid you for each trip or so you can see how they screwed you each pay period. You have to wait till you get home to get your check unless you have someone to get it for you. This is a screw ball company that needs to be black listed by drivers and brokers. They are crooks, theives, and just down right dirty company!!!
