My name is sunil. One day i got a call from one of the respresntative of south west peroidical, and they said that if you pay so and so amount you will be getting the coupons worth $200-$300 and with that you will also get the booklets. I said Okay, and from them there are charging me $39 per month and i have paid for 4-5 months.
I did not get any coupons till now.
Now, i want to cancel my account and i told to one of your rep that i want to cancel the account and he is saying that you need to pay the reamining money and then your account will be cancelled.

I just want the response ASAP.
