Unauthorized $211.00 and $5.20 charges on my bank account

I was checking my bank balance online and two charges showed up, one for $211.00 and one for $5.20, both on the same date, 10/22. I have no idea what these are for and want them removed! I never authorized these charges, and I do not know how they got my personal banking information. I want this money back in my checking account.
