“Just Answers”
To whom it may concern:
The Fidelity Global Group Ltd agrees with the various complaints made against “Just Answers”. The facts are as follows.
One Australian project owner paid Just Answers for cheap legal advice and through that medium was allowed to promulgate what we consider defamatory text against The Fidelity Global Group Ltd by using Just Answers to engage in negative exposure against both our company and some of its staff.
Fidelity Global now has to publicly correct those inaccurate, malicious, uneducated misinformed opinions, queries and misconceptions brought about by such publications, promoted in particular by the scurrilous “Just Answers” website subsequently entering into a smear campaign against the Group. We underline the fact that
A) no contracts were issued
b) no funds were ever transferred
c) no trips were ever made and
d) no malfeasance ever occurred.
Neither the client nor his project qualified.
“Just Answers” failed to convey to their client a balanced opinion that one would expect from supposedly trained professional’s giving advice.instead they encouraged by invitation the continuation of such defamatory text; no doubt for their own financial gain as seems most likely in the light of other postings to this and numerous other complaints websites.
Fidelity Global Group prides itself on its integrity and strictly conservative approach in its dealings with all applicants, clients, agents and intermediaries. Fidelity Global Group is NOT a scam organisation but a longstanding credible business with diverse business interests and strictly applied criteria to protect its business and its Clients.
Your website speculates that Just Answer’s irresponsible actions risk eventually incurring the wrath of a major company with dire consequences - it has just happened. Fidelity Global Group IS that entity and WILL take that action against anyone promoting such libel, and will pursue claims for punitive damages to put a stop to all this.
Pending that, contributors to this website please provide suggestions on how we can further counteract this harmful abuse on Google, to enable us to expose and negate the harm which Just Answers has promoted against us by encouraging the spreading of lies for their own financial gain.
