I ordered a pair of shoes on 10/19. Didn't receive a confirmation email. Only way to contact them is via email on their web site. They don't answer the emails I've sent. I paid through pay pal and the payment went to someone names Riu something. I've begun a resolution suit through pay pal. Any help would be appreciated.
