I ordered 2 free samples with postage to pay which cost a total of £6.04. When i received my credit card statement they had took the sum of $198.00 out of my account without my authority. I HAVE SENT 2 EMAILS TO THE ADDRESS I WAS GIVEN but of course i havent had a reply to any of them. Has anybody any suggestion on how i can retrieve my money. P/s i have not even received any of the creams im supposed to have ordered.
