Unbeknown to me when I was offered a FREE beauty kit for the cost of post/packaging at £3.95 only - it is not actually FREE products as it was a FREE trial offer - only.
You cannot contact the customer service team no matter how hard you try as the number provided by them is constantly engaged and there is not email address to get in touch.
I was then charged a further £59.95 for the FREE trial on top of the postage and then a further product was sent to my home on 19th Oct without my knowledge I was charged a further £49.95 for these products which I did not want & had not ordered.
The products do not arrive with any other information on them other than your own home address & therefore you have no reference and according to T&S on the website you can return the products to somewhere in Israel but it is purely at your own cost and then they decide whether to refund you for returned goods.
I doubt that too!
I have contacted the fraud dept of my bank who were aware of this scam & the particular company and will ensure to cancel any future transactions - however this scam has cost me £113.85 and my pride as Ive have been had!
Lessons learnt for me is that no-one gets something for nothing & if it looks to good to be true then I suppose it is!
