Return policy

After my recent experience with Leslies pool supply in my local city, I will not be using them again. The return policy is preposterous! 14 days, unbelivable!

Unfortunately, some of us do not have the luxury of time. We have to work and it is sometimes difficult to return items within a short time frame. And then to add a restocking fee...

The item in questions was an unopened pool floating dispensor. I was unaware of their returns policy and was surprised that the store rep wouldn't even consider a solution to keep their customers happy.

Especially, in the present ecomomy... Oh, well it looks like Pinch a Penny wins hands down. As I will never shop at Leslies pool supply ever again.
