I was searching on Amazon.com for a Garmin for my sister's birthday. I have no clue how Factory Outlet Store got all of my information but I was sent a refurbished Garmin that I never ordered. I already received a brand new Garmin from another online company. When I received the refurbished Garmin I had no clue why this company was sending me one.inside the box there was a piece of paper, not an invoice that read "Thanks for your Order". It did not include the amount or anything. Now I have to pay shipping costs to return something I never ordered. These people are unethical and are scammers. I received an invoice from them via email.
