I placed an order and received confirmation of it. I contacted them by email as my address was incorrect and wanted to rectify it as their site did not update correctly. Next, I received notification that my order was cancelled with no reason and a refund would be processed to me. I have since then not received any refund nor a response to my queries about my refund. I would like to pursue this matter as by appearances they do not operate legally.
