Iwas making an application for a loan. The broker took out 69.99 without my permission they said it may be taken now or at a later date but didn't give an option. So when i tried to go to the next stage everything went blank and the next stage wasn't available. Whats the best way to get this refunded? I personally think this company needs to get investigated as it has obtained money through myself and others through deseption. I am not pleased with there service
