I already filed a complaint about Richards J Smith supposedly from Houston Texas. This person who pretends to be so has now become Gerald R Ryan from Chateauguay, Quebec. He pretends having a parc in Africa (Ghana), seduces you over the phone, pretends to be millionnaire (with fake bank account) and asks for money when the bank account is blocked by IRS for the unpaid taxes for the Africa land purchase. He also has a fake web site: gwildlife.org
