Yellow-Page-Canada.com phoned on false pretenses to be Yellow Pages Group that it wanted to confirm our contact information for the free listing. Within minutes it followed with a fax to our company which required a signature, we signed and re-faxed back, what we did not notice is that in small print it also stated that we were entering a contract for two years with charges of $129 per month, after receiving an invoice $1548 for the full year about two weeks later I immediately called and asked them that there must be some mistake that the phone call that I received was only for confirmation of our company information, I told them to stop advertising on our behalf because we would not be paying them. Subsequently, I received a letter from Open Business Directory Ltd. (with no date or person's name that signed it) stating that I must pay the whole year and that there is no cancellation option available for two years!
