Took an online survey on jc penny.com and was offered a free gift. Shipping was $5.99. They charged my debit card $95 and would have continued monthly had I not called and cancelled. Rep I called works for third party and not affiliated with Quality mist but defends them to the end! Says I didnt read the fine print on their website regarding a trial for 14 days and then you must call and cancel, the offer never took me to their website. Complete scam! Gave me email address for customer support: support@qualitymist.com. Im sure I will get my money back, not! Remember, NOTHING is ever Free!!! NEVER give your cc number or buy anything online unless it is a reputable store.
