Phillip Nast claimed he was in the military and wanted to buy our kitchen furniture as a surprise gift for his stepson. He offered us an extra $50 to remove the ad from Craig's List, and he sent us a check for $1700. We were to wire the difference in cash to Dennis Ingram in Youngstown, OH. Then he wanted the money rerouted/wired, dispatch urgent, to a Richard Reedy in Schenectady, NY. We found out on 10/24 that the check bounced.
We suspect Richard Reedy is, in fact, Phillip Nast. Richard Reedy is the person who was supposed to pick up the furniture. He has an additional email address of phillipnast305@gmail.com. Do not do business with any of these people!
