I did a survery and rec'd a free gift. I was then charged $95 to my account without and letter, phone or email confirmation. I called and canceled my account and would like a refund for something I did not receive. I have also filed a complaint with my bank. They said that if I don't hear from them in a week, go ahead and file a complaint.
