I purchased Windows 7 Home Premium was forwarded to bestsoftwaresupport.net did not get software loaded. I can't contact the website via telephone or live chat. They also won't acknowledge my emails. Originally I was online with a tech called Taylor who I'm sure didn't know what he/she was doing. I've had my computer cleaned out and everything from them deleted. I would like to know if anyone has retrieved their money or a lawsuit is in the works.
