YR BENEFITS a third party customer service contacted my 88 years old mother with slight dementia through her home phone was able to convinced her to give her account number of her checking account with the routing number and took out $ 447.34. We had been trying to get a refund since July up to the present and this company keeps telling us to call every week and their answer to us, they had been investigating this case and the company their dealing with have not given any refund, that we just have to keep on calling. We asked how long should we keep on calling, their answer is we they don't know. We cannot do anything because the will not given the companies telephone no. How long will they do pry on our edlerly.
