I have a charge of 29.95, which was never authorized by me. I called 1-888-334-3807 the lady said I will be reinbursed in 5 to 7 business days, she gave me a confirmation # after I asked for it. So I will keep you posted if I get my money back, but in the mean-time I am going to my bank to try to stop payment and also fill-out paperwork so they cannot do it again.
