Too bad I didn't see these reviews before. I ordered a lamp and it came in about a week. Not bad. It blew out on the fourth month. I called and they said I was still under warranty. They took almost 2 1/2 weeks to get the next one to me. As I took it out of the box it looked used. Like the housing of the lamp had been banged around. Well... I put it in the TV and it didn't even turn on!!! I called and he said that I had to take my TV in for a diagnostic check up and I would not receive a replacement lamp because the manufacturer didn't allow more than 1 exchange. Oh... That's not all... I was also told that I wouldn't receive any money back because it is only allowed during the first 30 days. So they kept the lamps and my MONEY!!!
