Fraud fraud fraud... How do I stop these payments? Cancel my card? These payments are
un-authorized and I wish to stop immediately. I replied to an advertisement for government grants and paid a 2.97 fee against my credit card... Then I get a bill for 58.37? Against the card... For what? Nothing! Must I cancel my card?
