I ordered what i thought was a genuine pair of ugg boots, however i have now received a letter from deckers europe ltd stating that these boots are counterfeit and have been seized at one of their depots and will be destroyed in 10 days.
I genuinely believed that these boots were official ugg products and were a christmas present for my daughter. I would like to thank you in advance for any help you may be able to offer in obtaining my payment back for these products.
