An unauthorized amount ofr $30.00 was taken by this company in July. I immediately called the number and was given a confirmation number for a refund and told 15 days. It has now been almost 3 months and every time I am told to keep checking my account. Every time I am told 3 to 5 days EVERY TIME! Three time I was promised it would be there. Have filed a complain with the BBB and they have not responded. WTF what is this company's problem. I will not give up calling and getting very nasty with these people as I realize I will probably never see my money again but I WILL keep calling. What can be done with a company like this?
