I came home and got the mail from the mail box. Upon examining it i found a letter stating, DISBURSEMRNT ADVISORY, telling me that i had been confirmed as a winner of a cash reward of $2,997, 500.00. I thank GOD, for my wife who advised me against sending them the $25.00 registrant fee. She immediately say that it was a SCAM. And i should check them out on the internet which led me to this site. You should never have to pay for something that you have won.
