I ordered some Born sandals from what seemed to be legitimate site and received payment confirmation but then no shipping confirmation. After not finding a phone number, I wrote two emails that supposedly would be returned within 12 hours but went unanswered. I checked on line and found a fraud complaint about this company and then figured out that it was all a scam. Filed with Pay Pal and we have to wait ten days. I received a sponge from company in the mail Friday! Bewared of this company! Also goes under name "Sandals, Flats and Sneakers"
