Received text message at 2:30 am that I had won a $1000 Gift Card from Best Buy. Entered Bestraffle.com website to see what it was all about only to find it was an "opportunity" to win and you had to "sign up" giving personal info. Left the sight immediately.
Isn't this an unethical business practice and improper use of consumer personal information?
