On the 16th September i ordered four sneakers from trade-merchant.com having spoken to Mr. Wang, he told me he was sending it via EMS which was a lie because he sent it via registered mail. Upon collecting the package on the 9th october i only received one pair, i informed him of it and he shows no intention of sending my other three pairs, he stopped answering messages and now i cant even get unto the site. I am looking to take legal action against this company because they are dishonest and not willing to satisfy the customers.
