PC Experts (Alan) called me today to say I had 21 hackers on my pc using my pc and that he could fix it, he said he had been monitoring my pc. I had called yahoo w / email problems and gotten pc experts before, costing me $299. Today he said he could fix but I needed to order the microsoft antivirus for one monthe for $50 or for the lifetime of my pc for $213.99 which I chose. I keep telling him that I did not trust him or his company. He said to never run 2 antiviruses but left malware and microsoft antivirus on. How do I get rid of these people.? They have all my personal information...
