I ordered tickets on their website for Barbra Streisand in las Vegas November 2.. I chose main floor seating at $ 450.00.. I received the tickets today. The ticket indicated upper level (not main floor) at acharge of $253.00.. I was charged on my American Express. Therefore, I was given this incorrect seating and charged $290.00 over the cost of the ticket I received. This is fraud... I called them, only to be told. That is the process we follow. They were most disrespectful to me. I am 82 years old (as indicated on the forms I filled out. This is fraud on mebecause I am old... in essence I received the wrong ticket and charged for the original price in a more expensive area. I accept the service fee of$83.62, but sending me the wrong ticket and charging me $ 290.00 beyond the price of $253.00 Can you help, they will not listento me...
