Ordered a pair of Puma running shoes from Mall Running Shoes—paid via Paypal on October 6; a week later, order still being "processed"; sent email via website—no response; October 14 contacted Paypal—they are investigating; somehow, "Mall Running Shoes" and ShoesWorld are connected (http://www.mallrunnings.com/index.php? Main_page=account_history_info&order_id=731) The the payment from Paypal shows it was sent to Merchant—bertschmonica@gmail.com. Paypal says they have asked for a response by October 28—sounds pretty shady.
